Featuring just over 4,000 square feet, this 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath home has owner grade finishes throughout. New finishes include new kitchen counters, appliances and finishes, engineered hardwood floors, upgraded bathroom vanities, plus an entirely rebuilt ground floor and new exterior pool lounge. Off the Grid’s contemporary-coastal inspired interior offers plenty of room for guests to spread out, relax, and enjoy every part of this huge custom three level home.

The property has multiple Trex decks and a screened porch to sip evening drinks and capture the breathtaking north-west sunsets over the dunescape.
