Hi, we’re the Swensons
We’re a husband & wife duo passionate about real estate, renovations and living by the beach. We met in 2015, became puppy parents a few years later, got married, and in 2021 we dove right into our favorite project - owning Off the Grid.
The Outer Banks has been such a special place for us, it’s where Nick spent many childhood summers and where we got engaged! We are so excited to share our home with you. When we vacation or visit with family we are always looking for hotels and rentals that allow pets so our golden retriever Brooks can tag along too. It’s one of the main reasons why our home Off the Grid is pet-friendly. We hope you and your loved ones find your time here relaxing and get a chance to enjoy all the fun additions we’ve made so far!
